Stuart Slavicky: an English, Czech speaking actor and presenter based in London

Hi!

I’m Stuart Slavicky and I’m an actor living and working in London.  Born in London to a  Scottish father and a Czech Mother, thanks to a peculiar mix up at the registry office I have a Scottish first name and Czech surname, and I like it that way.  Of course my heritage hasn’t passed me by and I’ve been lucky enough to learn to speak Czech and spend chunks of my life traveling back and forth.  However speaking to me, you wouldn’t pick up on anything but my North West London roots.

My CV consists of lots of theatre work, over the last few years I’ve specialised in Children’s Theatre.  That’s not to say I’m not interested in weightier roles, but it some thing I get a lot enjoyment from.

This blog is basically my way of communicating with the world and sharing my day to day actor experiences.
